MedTech Summit 2025

NovaPharma AG commissioned Triumfo to design and build a 120 m² island stand for MedTech Summit 2025 — one of Europe's premier medical technology exhibitions. The brief called for a premium, clinical aesthetic that communicated innovation while providing functional spaces for live product demonstrations and private client meetings.

Our design team developed a two-zone layout: an open demonstration theatre at the front of the stand with integrated LED screens and product plinths, and a semi-private meeting suite at the rear with acoustic partitioning and hospitality facilities. The structural frame incorporated a suspended light feature that became a visual landmark visible from across the hall.

Scope of Work

• Concept design, 3D visualization, and client approval workshops
• Custom fabrication of curved display walls and demo counters
• AV integration — 4× 75" displays and wireless presentation system
• Furniture, florals, and branded collateral coordination
• Messe Frankfurt organiser submissions and electrical certification
• Full installation, on-site supervision, and post-show dismantling

Results

The stand received consistently positive feedback from NovaPharma's sales team and visiting clinicians. Footfall to the demonstration zone exceeded targets by 35%, and the client has re-engaged Triumfo for their 2026 European exhibition programme.
